Lab-on-a-chip

B5tec owns an advanced knowledge and experience in microfluidic systems that have already been validated in lab-on-a-chip and medicine sectors. These systems are developed by the Laboratory of Electromechanical Fluid Applications team, which is a cross and multidisciplinary group inside the company. Through this group, B5tec has acquired valuable knowledge and IP in the field of microfluidics during the development of flow batteries and fuel cells. Our own microfluidic systems, microelectronic components, and piezoelectric devices (sensors, pumps and valves) make up a high value product portfolio.

Moreover, the company is member of the IVAM (The International Microtechnology Business Network) since 2019, and of the Microfluidics Association since 2021.
